Along with the wrap up their successful Australian tour, Melbourne indie-pop group Red Ink have been celebrating the release of their debut single ‘Going Insane’. The infectious indie pop track is a warm welcome to their fans who have been eagerly awaiting the bands return, who spent the better part of 2013 playing to sold out venues across Europe.
Now that they’re back on the Australian music scene, the four piece bring to life their title track ‘Going Insane’, which is none-other than dance-floor ready. Red Ink have continued to win over fans nation-wide, clocking up over a quarter of a million views on YouTube. The group has also been favourites on the live music scene for many years, having graced the stages of Pyramid Rock Festival, Stereosonic and Playground Weekender.
“We love music and that very passion has taken us to some crazy place. We’ve released EPs in the past, but this record is something altogether different. It’s our baby. We’ve never been so proud to have a body of work and we’re emotionally and physically attached to the project.” – Red Ink
